    Discover the ICF Credential level and application path for which you are eligible to apply. At the end of the survey you may learn more about the application path or, if ready, create the application.

  • To get started with this survey, here is what you will need.

    1) The accreditation type of your Coach Education program(s):

    • To establish the Start of your Coach Education
    • To meet the total number of Coach Education hours required for the ICF Credential you are pursuing  

    Are you unsure about the program accreditation type of your Coach Education? 
    Information about your Coach Education is important to completing this survey correctly and identifying the correct Credential level and application path for which you are eligible. If you are unsure about the accreditation type of your program(s), please visit the Identify Your Coach Education Program Type survey to assist you. 

    2) The total number of Coach Education hours completed that you will submit with your Credential application.

    NOTE: If you have completed more Coach Education hours than are required for the Credential you are pursuing, it is not necessary for you to submit all of your Coach Education with your application. You will simply need to meet the minimum number of Coach Education hours required for the credential you are pursuing.

    3) The total number of Client Coaching Experience hours completed after the Start of your Coach Education.

  • ACTP, Level 1 and Level 2 ICF-accredited programs include Mentor Coaching as part of the program.

    If you did not complete Mentor Coaching within your program, then your program is not ACTP, Level 1 or Level 2. Please check your Coach Education program accreditation type again.

  • ACTP, Level 1 and Level 2 ICF-accredited programs include a final performance assessment as part of the program. 

    If you did not complete a final performance assessment as part of your program, then your program is not ACTP, Level 1 or Level 2. Please check your Coach Education program accreditation type again.

    MCC Eligibility

  • In order to apply for the MCC, you must first hold or have held a PCC Credential.

    You may restart the Credential Survey to apply for the PCC.

  • In order to apply for the MCC, you must have completed at least 200 hours of Coach-Specific Education.

  • In order to apply for the MCC, you must have completed at least 2,500 hours of Client Coaching Experience.
