Payment - Each individual included in this group will need to register, pay, and use the assigned Chapter/Group Discount Code on the ICF Converge Website

Cancellation - We understand that plans can change. Registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@coachingfederation.org and all changes and cancellations will be charged $150 administrative fee.

Refund Schedule:
- 60+ days prior to the event: Receive a 50% refund of the registration fee
- 30–59 days prior to the event: Registration may be transferred to a future ICF event (within one year of the original event date).
- Less than 30 days prior to the event: No refunds or transfers will be issued.
  Additional Details:
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. Streaming/on-demand registrations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel due to medical reasons after August 28, 2026, you may request to defer your registration to the following year’s event. To be considered, please submit your request along with a doctor’s note. Approved requests will be applied as a full credit toward the next year’s event

Chapter/Group Discount Code Review – ICF will periodically review group submissions and audit the codes used for ICF Converge registration to ensure accuracy and proper use.
