Payment - Each individual included in this group will need to register, pay, and use the assigned Chapter/Group Discount Code on the ICF Converge Website
Cancellation - We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please email support@coachingfederation.org.
- Cancellations received on or before August 28, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a $150 USD administrative fee.
- After August 28, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
If you need to cancel due to medical reasons after August 28, 2026, you may request to defer your registration to the following year’s event. To be considered, please submit your request along with a doctor’s note. Approved requests will be applied as a full credit toward the next year’s event
Chapter/Group Discount Code Review – ICF will periodically review group submissions and audit the codes used for ICF Converge registration to ensure accuracy and proper use.
