    For us to get to know you better, please respond to the following questions. Please note that a “no” response to any question will not disqualify you from the benefit of a full application review, nor will your application be discounted.
  • Selection Criteria Priority Areas

    For the upcoming nominations cycle, we are seeking individuals who have experience in social impact. In addition, we will prioritize candidates who have experience in one or more of the following areas: Futurist Mindset, Networker (Market), Scholar-Practitioner, Connector (ICF).
  • Read carefully the descriptions for each priority area below. Then answer the question that follows based on these definitions.

    1. Futurist Mindset: An individual who applies futures thinking to generate new ideas, methods, programs, and products.

    2. Networker (Market): An external expert, entrepreneur, or thought leader outside the coaching field who brings fresh perspective and broad networks to help expand visibility, influence, and strategic partnerships.

    3. Scholar-Practitioner: An academic researcher who practices coaching to create practical knowledge, skills, and tools for real-world applications, such as research-to-practice and participatory action research.

    4. Connector (ICF): An ICF member with a working knowledge of the One ICF ecosystem or its historical foundations.
