Cancellation - We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your registration, please email support@coachingfederation.org. Refunds, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received by September 30, 2025. After that date, no refunds will be provided. Refunds will also not be issued for no-shows. If canceling for medical reasons, submit your request along with a doctor's note for a full refund, minus the $150 USD administrative fee.

Chapter/Group Discount Code Review – ICF will periodically review group submissions and audit the codes used for ICF Converge registration to ensure accuracy and proper use.
