  • ICF offers three application paths for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC), all resulting in the same ACTC certification. 

    NOTE: Holding an active ACC, PCC or MCC is a pre-requisite for the ACTC.

    • ICF Advanced Accredited Team Coaching (AATC) Program, completed in full
    • General Team Coaching Education
    • Prior Learning through Team Coaching Experience

    The following questions will help you identify the right application path for you based on your team coaching education and experience.

  • ICF Advanced Accredited Team Coaching (AATC) programs offer the required 60 hours of team coaching education and 5 hours of coaching supervision.

    To apply through this path, you will need:

    • AATC certificate or letter of completion
    • Five (5) team coaching engagements (completed within the last 5 years) including letters of verification from two (2) team engagements

  • The general ACTC application is for individuals who have 60 hours or more of team coaching education completed through one or more ICF-accredited or non-accredited programs.

    To apply through this path, you will need:

    • 60 hours of team coaching education
    • Five (5) hours of coaching supervision
    • Five (5) team coaching engagements (completed within the last five years) including letters of verification for two (2) team engagements

  • The ACTC Prior Learning through Team Coaching Experience  application is for individuals who have practiced team coaching for more than five years.

    Long-term team coach practitioners can receive credit for 30 hours of team coaching education through additional team coaching experience and coaching supervision.


    To apply through this path, you will need:

    • 30 hours of team coaching education
    • 10 hours of Coaching Supervision
    • 10 team coach engagements, with letters of verification for two (2) team engagemets, including:
      • Five (5) engagements completed within the last five years
      • Three (3) team coaching engagements completed five years or more prior to the date of application
      • The remaining two (2) team coaching engagements may be completed at any time

    Based on your information, you are eligible to apply for the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) through the ACTC AATC Application.


  • Based on your information, you are eligible to apply for the Advance Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) through the ACTC application.

     


  • Based on your information, you are eligible to apply for the Advance Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) through the ACTC Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) application.

     

  • You may not yet be eligible to apply
    for the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching.
