The ICF Coaching Education Assessor Community provides a virtual venue for coach educators who have completed the PCC marker training and are conducting final performance evaluations at the organizational level to advance their professional development, deepen their subject-matter expertise, and share leading practices, emerging trends, tools, and tips.
ICF Coaching Education Volunteer Leaders are responsible for promoting, managing, and engaging the community. The community will be led by two volunteer leaders, who in collaboration with the ICF Coaching Education staff will organize and moderate the virtual community, and conduct virtual community calls to provide ongoing professional development and resources.
Who should apply?
1. Must be an ICF Member and have at least five years of assessor experience, either with ICF or at the organizational level.
2. ICF PCC or MCC credential required.
3. Must have completed the PCC marker training (updated version) and be well versed in the PCC markers. ACC and MCC BARS knowledge is a plus.
4. Must be willing and able to collaborate with ICF Coaching Education staff, and other volunteer leaders to improve the community.
5. Must have a working knowledge of the ICF Core Competencies.
6. Must be comfortable with sourcing subject matter experts to present to the community.
7. Must have a flexible schedule to allow for time to plan and host community webinars and to be available for community leader calls.
